If you install a medium-sized solar panel of 2 kilowatts, you are eligible for a subsidy of ₹60,000.
And, If you install a large-sized solar panel of 3 kilowatts or more, the subsidy you will get is ₹78,000.

PM Surya Ghar Yojana Online Apply Process

Step 1- Visit the Official Site as mentioned below.
Step 2- Register in the Portal with the State you are from and the Electricity distribution company. Enter your details like Consumer Number, Phone number, and email ID.
Step 3- Login with your Consumer Number & Mobile Number and apply for the Rooftop solar as per the displayed form.
Step 4- After having feasibility approval you can install the plant from any of the registered vendors.
Step 5- Once installation is completed you have to submit your plant details and need to apply for net meter.
Step 6- You will get a Commissioning Certificate from the portal only once the net meter is installed.
Step 7- Once the net meter is installed you have to submit your Bank details along with the Cancel cheque to get the subsidy amount. The subsidy amount will be transferred in 30 days to your bank account.
