Purpose of the New Recharge Plans
As per the current scenario most of the customer recharge their tariff plan for 90 days and this amendment will push the 90 days to 365 days with options like data recharge only or voice call recharge only.
By extending validity to 365 days from 90 days, customers will benefit from reduced recharge frequencies, which will save the time and effort of recharging their SIM cards.
The primary goal is to reduce the frequency of recharges for customers and offer greater flexibility. Still, there is flexibility for service providers where they can also offer shorter validity plans for their customers.
The New Recharge plans with 365 days validity might come with discounts or cost benefits, for regular users.
